Agentic Finance Graph is an independent public ledger of AI-agent money on Base. It joins agent identities (ERC-8004) to the wallets that spend for them and to the payments those wallets make, publishes every figure with its definition and the time it was measured, and says what it does not assert. It holds no keys, moves no funds and runs no rail. Built and run by Nikolai Simonyan (Cyprus).

Quote the counted total only beside the share and the median; that is how we publish it. Excluded and published beside it: $72,216,747 that moved before the agents existed and $18,082,675 of routing hops ($99.37M in all).
Three definitions
- Binding record. The evidence-ranked join from an identity to the wallet that spends for it, valid by block range, closed when the identity is resold. The specification →
- Counted payment. A stablecoin transfer from a bound wallet, dated after the identity's mint, whose receipt shows it was not a routing hop, to an address that is not the wallet itself. Definition →

Questions people actually ask
Who is behind Agentic Finance Graph?
Nikolai Simonyan, operating from Cyprus as a private individual; no company has been formed yet, and the Terms say so. Analysis and drafting are done with AI assistance; the measurements are the collector's own and every figure carries its definition and the time it was read.
Can I quote the total agent spending figure?
Yes, beside the two numbers we publish with it: the largest wallet's share and the median payment. A total dominated by a few treasuries is a statement about those treasuries, not about a population, and quoting it alone misleads.
Is a registration count the number of AI agents?
No. On Base about a fifth of registrations have been resold and over a quarter were minted in bursts from single addresses. A registration is a name. The public rank starts at the first payment a bound wallet made after the name existed.
