Every rank below L7 can be inferred from a registry: a name exists, a file parses, an endpoint answers. L7 cannot. Somebody has to watch a wallet send money to a different address and record the transaction — which is what every row here is. Click one and you get its money path, its bindings, and a link to each transaction on a block explorer.

Why the list is short.
There are tens of thousands of ERC-8004 registrations on Base and fewer than a hundred rows above. That ratio is not a failure of our measurement — it is the measurement. A registration is a name somebody minted; a ranked agent is a wallet we have watched move money to someone else. Most names have never done the second thing.
We publish pages only for the ranked ones. Eighty-five thousand profile pages for registrations that have never been observed doing anything would be a sitemap full of empty rooms, and it would quietly teach every reader that a mint count is a population count. It is not, and the data page shows how far apart those two numbers really are.
