1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agenticfinancegraph.com, its public data and API, the evidence checks sold under /check/, and the Agentic Finance Graph Desk (together, the "Service"). The Service is run under the name Agentic Finance Graph by its founder, a private individual (the "Operator", "we"), reachable at agenticfinancegraph@proton.me. No company has been registered for it yet. When one is, it takes over as the Operator: these Terms will name it and its registered seat, and every registered wallet sees the new version before it applies.
By using the Service, by signing the sign-in message with your wallet, or by paying for a check, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or an automated agent, you confirm you have authority to bind that company or the agent's operator.
2. What the Service is, and is not
- The public graph measures, from public blockchain data, which registered AI agents hold and move real money. Every published figure carries an
as_oftime, a producer and a definition id; figures marked cited come from third parties and are shown as theirs. - The Desk lets a signed-in person watch agents, read their books and receive alerts about behaviour patterns (for example an unusually large payment to a new address). An alert is a description of a shape in public data, never a verdict.
- Evidence checks return a machine-readable pack about one registered agent, for a fixed price, to whoever pays.
- The Service is information. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or security advice, not a rating, not a recommendation to use or avoid any agent, protocol or token, and not an audit. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, payment institution or crypto-asset service provider, and we never hold, move, or have access to your funds or keys.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and not be a person, or acting for a person, on a sanctions list of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or the United Nations, or located in a territory subject to comprehensive sanctions. Automated agents may use the paid checks; their operator is responsible for the agent's use.
4. Accounts and sign-in with a wallet
- Registration and sign-in use a wallet signature (Sign-In with Ethereum, EIP-4361). Signing the message does not create a blockchain transaction and costs nothing. We never ask for, receive or store a private key, seed phrase or password.
- Your wallet address is your account identifier. You are responsible for the security of the wallet and for everything done with a session started from it. If you lose control of the wallet, tell us and stop using the session.
- A session is a signed token kept in your own browser for up to 30 days. Your watch-list and settings stay in your browser unless and until you opt into sync.
- You may register one wallet per person or organisation. We may refuse, suspend or close registrations that breach these Terms, are automated abuse, or that we reasonably believe to be unlawful, and will say why unless the law prevents it.
5. The Desk beta
The Desk is offered as a beta. It may change, pause, gain or lose features or break without notice; data shown may be delayed by the collector's cadence; alerts may be missed or false. The Watch plan is free. Paid plans (section 6A) buy more watched agents and included evidence packs; they do not buy an uptime guarantee beyond section 13. You are never charged without approving the exact amount in your own wallet.
6. Prices and payment
- Currency and rail. Prices are stated in US dollars and paid in USDC on Base using the x402 protocol: the Service answers
402 Payment Requiredwith the exact price, your wallet signs an authorisation for that exact amount, and a facilitator (Coinbase Developer Platform) verifies and settles it on-chain. We never take more than the amount stated in the 402 response. Where a wallet supports one-tap USDC payment, the same rule applies. - Evidence checks. Each check is priced per call (currently $1; a bundle $5; a revaluation $2), stated in the machine-readable manifest at
/.well-known/x402. The pack is delivered in the same response as the settlement. A registration we have never observed paying anyone has no record; such a request is refused before any payment is asked for and nothing is charged. If the Service fails on our side after your payment settled, the failed call is re-served on request or the amount refunded to the paying address. - Desk plans. Bought the same way, from the wallet you signed in with; section 6A has the rules.
- Receipts and taxes. The on-chain transaction is the receipt; we also return it in the
PAYMENT-RESPONSEheader. Prices exclude any taxes you owe where you are. Network and wallet fees, if any, are yours. - No custody. Payments go directly from your wallet to the receiving address published in the manifest (
payTo). We do not hold balances for you.
6A. Desk plans
- Plans and prices. Watch: free, up to 3 watched agents. Operator: 29 USDC per 30 days, up to 25 watched agents, evidence packs included. Team: 149 USDC per 30 days, up to 250 watched agents, evidence packs and revaluations included (one revaluation per agent per hour). The current list is on /desk and machine-readable at
/api/subscribe?view=plans. A data licence is agreed separately in writing. - How you buy. Signed in with your wallet, you choose a plan and a length (30 days, 90 days or one year). The Service answers with a
402stating the exact USDC amount and the receiving address; your wallet shows both and signs an authorisation (EIP-3009) for exactly that amount; Coinbase's facilitator settles it on Base and pays the network fee. The plan starts when the payment settles, and the transaction is your receipt. - Period, no renewal. A plan is prepaid. It runs for the days you bought, counted from settlement or from the end of a paid period already running, and then ends. It never renews by itself, and nothing can pull further money from your wallet. Buying a different plan while one runs switches to it at once and adds the new days to the time already paid.
- Refunds. Within 14 days of a plan payment you may ask for a refund of the unused days, pro rata, for any reason; it is paid in USDC to the paying address. After 14 days a plan payment is not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we end the Service or your plan without a breach by you (section 13).
- Fair use of included packs. Included evidence packs and revaluations are for the plan holder's own watching and research. Harvesting packs in bulk through a plan session, or reselling them as a feed, is not permitted; automated agents buy per call over x402, and bulk data is a data licence.
- If activation lags. If a payment settled but the plan did not switch on, the Desk claims it from the on-chain receipt; if that fails, write to us with the transaction hash and we activate or refund it. The same transaction can never count twice.
- Price changes apply only to purchases made after they are published.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA and UK)
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Evidence checks are digital content delivered immediately: by requesting a check and signing the payment you expressly agree that delivery starts at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the pack has been delivered (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), and the equivalent UK rule). This does not limit your rights if the content is defective. Desk plans are a service supplied over a period: by paying you ask for it to start at once, and if you withdraw within 14 days you receive back the amount for the unused days, which is at least what the law provides (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 14(3)). Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
8. Acceptable use
- Use the public API fairly: cache for five minutes (the CDN does), no scraping that degrades the Service, no attempts to bypass rate limits, the 402 flow, or the membership gate.
- Do not misrepresent the data as yours, strip attribution, or present a check as an endorsement, rating or audit by us.
- Do not use the Service to harass, defame or target a person, to violate sanctions or anti-money-laundering law, or in any way that is unlawful where you are.
- Do not probe, attack or overload the Service or the servers it reads from. Responsible disclosure of security issues is welcome at the contact address.
9. Data, accuracy and no advice
- Measured figures come from our own reads of public chains and from our probes of public endpoints; cited figures come from third-party indexes and are labelled. All figures are dated. We work to keep them right and we publish our own data checks, but we do not warrant that any figure is complete, current or free of error, and public blockchains, indexes and endpoints can change or fail.
- A rank describes observed behaviour (for example "a bound wallet was seen paying a different address"). It does not describe the agent's quality, safety or intent, and a high rank is not a recommendation.
- Nothing on the Service is advice. Decisions you make from it, including to use, fund, pause or trust an agent, are yours.
10. Intellectual property and licence
- Published data, definitions and evidence packs are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0: use them, including commercially, with attribution to "Agentic Finance Graph — agenticfinancegraph.com" and a link. Attribution travels inside every pack.
- Articles, page text, design, the ring and orbit visualisations, the Desk software and the marks are ours (or our licensors'). You may quote short passages with attribution. No other licence is granted.
- You keep any rights in what you enter into the Desk (your watch-list, notes, allow-lists). You grant us only what is needed to provide the Service to you.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on services we do not control: your wallet, the Base network and its RPC providers, the Coinbase Developer Platform facilitator that settles x402 payments, and the public indexes we cite. Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, fees, errors or decisions, including a payment the facilitator declines or a network delay.
12. Privacy
What we collect and why is in the Privacy Notice: your wallet address and the form you fill at registration, an optional email, a session token in your browser, and, when you buy a plan, the payment's transaction hash, plan, amount and paying address. We do not sell or share it. You can ask for deletion at any time.
13. Availability, changes and termination
- We aim for continuous availability but promise no uptime for the free Service or the beta. Paid checks are served as available; a failed paid call is handled under section 6.
- We may change or discontinue features, prices for future purchases, and these Terms. Material changes are announced on the Service (and by email if you gave one) at least 14 days before they apply to existing registered users, except where a change is required by law or security. Continued use after that date is acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and ask us to delete your registration.
- You may end your registration at any time by asking for deletion. We may end or suspend it for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or abuse, and will refund any pre-paid period not yet served unless the termination is for your breach.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the statutory rights of consumers.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, or funds moved by you or your agents on the basis of information from the Service; and our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and 100 US dollars. If you are a consumer, this section applies only to the extent your local law allows.
16. Indemnity
If you use the Service in breach of these Terms or of the law, or if an automated agent you operate does, you will compensate us for the losses, costs and reasonable legal fees that result from a third-party claim about that use. This section does not apply to consumers where the law forbids such clauses.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the Operator lives, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside. Disputes go to the competent courts of that country, or, if you are a consumer, of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We prefer to talk first: write to the contact address and we will answer within 14 days.
18. General
- If a part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
- You may not transfer your registration; we may transfer these Terms to a successor operator of the Service with notice.
- These Terms, the Privacy Notice and the manifest at
/.well-known/x402are the entire agreement about the Service. The English text prevails over any translation.

agenticfinancegraph@proton.me. Version 1.2 of these Terms took effect on 27 September 2026 and states who runs the Service while no company is registered. Version 1.1 (26 September 2026) added purchasable Desk plans (section 6A); version 1.0, earlier that day, described them as planned. Each registered wallet records the version it accepted.
